نماز
From the first drop of water in Wudu to the final Salam — a complete, practical walkthrough of how to pray, with the words to say at each step.
Prayer is not accepted without purity. Wudu is the washing that comes before it, and every step below is done in the order shown — this order is part of the act itself, not a suggestion.
- 1
Begin with the intention (niyyah) in your heart to purify yourself for prayer, then say Bismillah.
- 2
Wash the hands up to the wrists three times, making sure the water reaches between the fingers.
- 3
Rinse the mouth three times and clean the nose three times by drawing water in with the right hand and expelling it with the left.
- 4
Wash the whole face three times, from the hairline to the chin and from ear to ear.
- 5
Wash the right arm up to and including the elbow three times, then the left arm the same way.
- 6
Wipe the head once with wet hands, then wipe the inside and back of the ears with the same moisture — this is done once, not three times.
- 7
Wash the right foot up to and including the ankle three times, then the left foot the same way.
- 8
Finish by reciting the dua of Wudu shown on the last card — it is a short supplication of faith and of asking to be among those who purify themselves.
