NUHAH Online Quran Academy

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information may be involved when you visit this website or contact us about classes. It was last updated on October 24, 2026.

Information you choose to share

The registration form asks for details such as a student's name and age, a parent or guardian's name, contact details, location, course preferences, availability, and learning experience. Please have a parent or legal guardian provide information for a student under 18.

How registration messages are handled

When you submit a registration form, the website formats the information you entered into a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp for you. The message is not sent until you choose to send it. If you send it, WhatsApp and the academy's WhatsApp account will receive the information; their respective privacy practices apply. The website does not provide an account or registration database.

How we use information

Information you send to us may be used to respond to your enquiry, discuss a trial class, coordinate lessons, and provide student or family support. We do not sell personal information. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed to arrange Quran classes.

Third-party services and links

The website links to external services, including WhatsApp and social media. Opening or using those services is subject to their own privacy policies and settings. NUHAH does not control how third parties collect or use information.

Your choices and contact

You can choose not to submit a form or send a WhatsApp message. To ask about information you have shared with the academy, or to request its correction or deletion where applicable, contact mch411808@gmail.com. Applicable privacy rights depend on the laws that apply to you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
